"There were problems at Heathrow so he couldn't get into the terminal building in time. He called to let me know what the problem was and I went to the car park and found him. It wasn't the driver's fault. The only problem I had with using Prima was the last-minute notification of a £60 price hike, the day before my flight. Notification should have been made much sooner."

"all good. very good driver. i asked him to drive at no more than 65mph as we had kids and he did and was very safe. we went to not from the airport so he could not have picked us up inside."
